Nørrebro Bryghus

The amazing part of this Brewery (Bryghus) is that you have the opportunity to have a "guide" tour as to how "the beer" is done. This place has it's own brewery meaning that they produce their own beer. Although it is called as a brewery, it has a restaurant which is known as one of the significant restaurants in Copenhagen.

You need to walk down a half floorstairs, to the basement like, then you are in the bar. The bar has a lounge style. Very comfortable couches, nice candle'ised tables, high bar tables and a bench all the way by the window side. The music is very convenient to have a chat with friends; lounge music.

The menu for the beer is available both in English and Danish. There are 8 different beers in basic which I got to know. It is also possible to order a "sampler tray" where you get all the types of beers in the menu, but in small glasses.
The menu in the restaurant is significantly designed together with the beer. The style is very Danish and actually is one of my favorite when it comes to Danish food. The best part is that they serve the food with its suitable beer. I still remember when they served the caramelised, chocolatey flavoured beer with a choco desert. I never thought of this nice combination of the beer and desert before.

If you can arrange going there with 10 people then you can have the guided tour right away, you need to make a reservation a bit before though (I think it was 1-1.5 weeks). The price of the tour is around 100DKK per person. If you can not arrange a group, then it is still possible, you can add your name to a list which then eventually will happen to be 10 persons, so you could still get the tour. Then of course you will have to be more dependent to the set date by them. The contact information is available if you follow below link.
